Workout Buddy/Personal Trainer

I am working on improving my fitness and could benefit from someone helping me in any/all of the following ways:

  • "Personal Trainer" - Someone to teach me how to use correct form when lifting weights. Specifically, I'm looking to start strength training and would like to know how to safely do a deadlift, squat, and benchpress. I have a membership at 24 hour fitness, so I could pay for your drop-in admission cost. If you do strength training, I'd greatly appreciate your help!
  • "Workout Buddy/Accountability Partner" - It would be your job to make sure I'm sticking to an exercise plan, by either doing workouts together, sending me workouts to do that are in alignment with my goals, checking in to make sure I'm meeting my goals, etc.
